You will be at the forefront of system optimization and financial analytics for Radiology Sciences SingHealth (RSS), working with cutting-edge technology and data to support strategic decision-making across our network of institutions.

We are looking for a Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives, oversee system implementation and enhancements, and deliver actionable insights that support financial sustainability and data-driven decision-making at the cluster level.

 

What You Will Do:

You will spearhead system analysis to identify inefficiencies and deliver automation solutions, oversee process improvements across financial and operational workflows, and co-lead finance inputs for cluster-wide system initiatives and National Billing System (NBS)/ Epic finance readiness. This role also involves direct budgeting, costing, forecasting, and variance analysis for RSS while collaborating with institutional finance units to harmonise cluster-wide pricing strategies and supporting RSS financial model work such as shadow blended transfer pricing. You will also lead system implementation projects, oversee user acceptance testing and system integration testing, and act as a key liaison between different stakeholders. This role involves strategic financial analysis for new initiatives such as RSS-SHP operating model and upcoming Singapore Institute of Technology Imaging Centre Collaboration. You will develop and deploy interactive dashboards for cross-institutional performance benchmarking and leadership decision-making. Additionally, you will prepare presentations, reports, and briefing materials for senior leadership, and provide strategic input to support decision-making during meetings.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Data Analytics, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Preferably 6 years of working experience in system diagnostics, workflow optimisation, and financial processes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and distil complex data into clear and actionable insights
  • Experience in using Tableau and other visualization tools such as Python would be an advantage
  • Meticulous, independent, and a strong team player with good interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
