Manager, Regional Health System Operations
We are seeking a Manager for Regional Health System Operations to drive strategic planning and development of new population health and capitation initiatives within the SingHealth cluster. In this role, you will monitor and track performance indicators of care integration programmes and initiatives, as well as identify improvements and/or new initiatives based on data analysis and predictive tool modelling. You will be responsible for identifying key resources and manpower needs as the cluster takes on the Regional Health Manager role tasked by Ministry of Health.
As a project facilitator, you will engage all stakeholders and manage projects and resources to achieve desired outcomes. You will cultivate and maintain a strong network with key community healthcare services and partners, including Voluntary Welfare Organisations, allied health and home nursing services, and other relevant social services and community-based organisations.
Your responsibilities will include performing advanced data analytics to match relevant care plans to groups of patients requiring early interventions and prompt proactive navigation within SingHealth, aiming to maximise the utilisation of preventive care screening. You will evaluate cost-effectiveness of right-siting efforts to optimise care delivery programmes, emphasising care transition and patients' outcomes.
Additionally, you will be involved in the organisation of annual workplans, retreats and other strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with at least 8 years of relevant experience in healthcare
- Work experience in Population Health initiatives or HealthierSG efforts would be an added advantage
- Strong analytical skills with understanding of financials
- Excellent project management skills with experience in managing and supervising administrative projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to get buy-in from stakeholders
