Manager, SingHealth Duke-NUS Lung Centre (Smoking Cessation Programme)
Be part of SingHealth Duke-NUS Lung Centre (SD Lung Centre) where you will develop and manage the Smoking Cessation Programme. You will serve as a central coordination point for cluster-wide initiatives, providing data-driven insights and managing stakeholder communications to support programme implementation.
What You Will Do:
You will lead and manage communications across multiple internal and external stakeholders, acting as a central coordination point to synthesise inputs, manage expectations, and resolve misalignment. Your role involves developing business plans for the Smoking Cessation Programme, providing data-driven insights to support decision-making and performance monitoring.
You will manage budgets, oversee project compliance and administration matters, and coordinate with stakeholders on project funding opportunities. Additionally, you will supervise and coach junior staff, manage day-to-day operations of the SD Lung Centre, and engage industry partners including the Health Promotion Board and government agencies to support the development of programme initiatives.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or other relevant disciplines
- 6 years of working experience in business development with 1-2 years of managerial/supervisory experience
- Prior experience in healthcare would be an added advantage
- Strong interpersonal skills, communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Able to work independently and effectively in a team
