As part of Singapore's leading transplant programme, you will play a crucial role in leveraging data to improve patient outcomes, advance research, and enhance educational initiatives across our comprehensive transplant services.
What You Will Do:
You will manage database architectures and operations for transplant programmes, developing analytics solutions to support clinical decision-making and operational efficiency. Your role will involve supervising junior data staff, providing guidance and mentorship whilst managing data-driven quality improvement initiatives. You will coordinate quality monitoring systems across programmes, collaborate with programme leads on quality initiatives, and monitor and report on quality metrics. Additionally, you will coordinate data analytics support for research activities, support educational initiatives through data analysis, and provide data support for publications and presentations. Your responsibilities will include liaising with clinical teams on data requirements, coordinating with IT teams on technical implementations, and supporting budget planning for assigned data initiatives. You will also assist in coordinating education and training programmes for transplant professionals and support public awareness activities on transplant matters.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics or related field in Information Technology, OR
• Bachelor's Degree in Health/Biomedical/Biological Science with working experience or formal training in Data Analytics (graduate diploma, professional certificates)
• At least 6 years of relevant experience, preferably in healthcare, with demonstrated competency
• Advanced project management skills with ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
• Knowledge of programming languages such as R or Python, database querying with SQL, or experience with business intelligence tools
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and team-player capabilities for working with various stakeholders
