In this role, you will support the Development Secretariat and Hospital Planning Committee (HPC) in ensuring that the execution, budget, and quality of the development align with the established programme. This includes overseeing end-user briefs, operations requirements, systems design with technology partners, guidelines and project timelines. You will facilitate workshops, coordination meetings with various project stakeholders and reporting to HPC. Additionally, you will support the Head of Department in establishing the Facilities Management department, developing EGH house rules and Workplace Safety and Health programmes, facilitating Design for Safety workshops, and monitoring the Design for Safety risk register and implementation measures throughout various project phases.  

Job requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related fields
  • Minimum 8 years of related work experience and demonstrated competency (with at least 2 years of managerial/supervisory experience)
  • Knowledge & skill in design thinking, change management, project management, process and technology adoption methodologies, would be a strong advantage.
  • Familiar with hospital operations.
  • Familiar with AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, Photoshop and presentation software. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
