Manager/Assistant Manager, HR Technology

We are seeking a dynamic leader to spearhead the design and implementation of IT strategies within our HR domain. Reporting to the Director/Assistant Director of HR Technology, you will play an instrumental role in driving digital transformation, elevating service delivery, and optimising technology usage across HR operations.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement forward-thinking IT strategies that revolutionise how HR leverages technology, ensuring our position at the forefront of digital innovation
  • Support cross-institutional harmonisation efforts and drive process re-engineering initiatives to create streamlined, efficient workflows
  • Manage the administration, maintenance, and performance of our Human Resource Information System (HRIS), ensuring alignment with SingHealth security protocols and audit recommendations
  • Manage IT systems integration projects, facilitating seamless data exchange between HRIS and other designated systems to enhance operational efficiency
  • Pioneer innovative HR technology solutions that advance our organisational objectives and improve employee experience

 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum of 6 years’ experience in a HR business environment, including 2 years in people management
  • Knowledge of HR systems and HR web-based applications
  • Demonstrated track record in building and maintaining cross-functional relationships
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors would be advantageous
