Job Description
The Centre for Population Health Research and Implementation (CPHRI) is a centralised platform for population health research, innovation, implementation and evaluation activities in SingHealth Regional Health System. CPHRI aims to seamlessly leverage data and technology to guide and support population health initiatives and accelerate implementation of research findings in care delivery and improvement. You will have the opportunity to take part in a good variety of research projects in the Centre. Your primary role would be to support projects on frailty among community-dwelling seniors. You will prepare Institutional Review Board applications and ensure timely submission. You will recruit study participants and ensure adherence to recruitment protocols. You will explain study procedures to study participants and take consent from them. You will be conducting data collection through surveys and interviews, as well as physical assessments. You will perform literature reviews to assist with study design and preparation of grant proposals. You will take part in data collection through surveys and/or qualitative interviews / focus group discussions. You will set up data entry templates for survey studies and perform data management using statistical software for analysis. You will be in charge of record keeping, coordinate research meetings and assist in writing study progress reports. You will participate in writing of manuscripts and assist with the submission.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Social Science or other related fields
  • Background in sports sciences or physiotherapy preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Knowledge in statistical analysis software (e.g. SPSS, R, STATA) and/or qualitative data analysis software (e.g. NVivo) would be an advantage
  • Able to work independently and in team
  • Good time management and communication skills
  • Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19
