What you’ll be doing
As a Research Officer, you will play a hands-on role in processing human blood and tissue samples and conducting experiments across a range of platforms, including flow cytometry, CyTOF, spatial transcriptomics and single-cell RNA sequencing. You will also help maintain smooth lab operations by tracking reagent usage, managing inventory logs, and fulfilling lab and administrative duties.
In this role, you will be supporting a specific project which involves studying Endometriosis, Fetal Immunology and Autoimmunity using Cytometry, spatial transcriptomics and functional and molecular immunology tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences, Biology, Molecular Biology, Immunology or related fields
- At least 1 year of experience in a research laboratory setting
- Knowledge of flow cytometry and cell culture techniques preferred
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others
- Good time management skills and able to deliver against tight timelines
