Senior Accountant / Accountant, Eastern General Hospital Planning Office

The upcoming Eastern General Hospital (EGH) aspires to create a sustainable healthcare ecosystem, an agile and productive workplace for staff, and be equipped with future-ready systems to support patients’ healthcare journeys and the transformation of healthcare delivery.

You will be part of the pioneer team, providing support for financial reporting, projections and costing of the new Hospital. You will also work with the team to provide in-depth analysis and insights to the Management for decision making through the use of financial dashboards and data analysis.

You will be responsible for finance-related matters, such as ensuring adequacy of the capital and operating budgets, month-end closing, processing of claims for reimbursement and reconciliation matters.

You will be involved in ensuring compliances with the Hospital’s financial policies and guidelines and the relevant financial statutory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or ACCA
• At least 4 years of working experience in Accounting/Finance field for Senior Accountant and Entry Graduate for Accountant
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Experience in Tableau/Power BI would be an advantage
• Team player with the ability to manage cross-functional and institutional relationships
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to engage various stakeholders in a fluid environment and a growing organisation
• Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
• Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19
