Senior Analyst, Data Science (Data Management), Office of Insights and Analytics

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in implementing a Unified Chatbot Platform and delivering advanced Generative AI (GenAI) chatbot solutions to enhance user interactions and support throughout the organization. You will also be responsible for managing the data visualization and preparation platform, ensuring efficient and effective data analysis and reporting capabilities.

Additionally, you will be involved in user requirements gathering and development process for a comprehensive healthcare monitoring and management system, as well as a disease outbreak surveillance system, aimed at improving the organization’s ability to monitor health trends and respond to emerging health threats.

A key aspect of your responsibilities will include conducting user engagements, training sessions, and clinic workshops for both the chatbot and visualization platform. This will be essential in uplifting the skill sets of other users, enabling them to effectively utilize these advanced tools. By leading these initiatives, you will contribute to the organization’s strategic goals by integrating cutting-edge technologies to streamline operations, enhance data-driven decision-making, and improve health management practices. Your focus will be on aligning technological solutions with organizational needs, ensuring the successful deployment and utilization of these advanced systems and tools.

Job Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Engineering, Business Analytics, Information System, System Engineering or related quantitative disciplines. 
• 3-6 years of relevant experience in technical solutions in which at least 3 should be in areas of Business & Analytics 
• Experience in collaborating with business and technology stakeholders in ensuring data products development and utilisation.
• Experience with managing analytics applications at an operational level. 
• Proficient in database tools, technology, and architecture
• Knowledge in SQL, Python and R code in data processing tasks.
• Working experience in Tableau, BI and Visualisation tools.
• Experience working with cloud-based analytics platforms will be an added advantage.
• A team player who is interested in working with people with varied backgrounds and interests
• Good written and documentation skills to document use cases, solutions, and recommendations
• Good presentation and negotiation skills
