Senior Analyst, Data Science (Machine Learning), Office of Insights & Analytics
We are seeking a Senior Analyst in Data Science (Machine Learning) to join our Office of Insights and Analytics. In this role, you will be responsible for extracting, processing, and analysing data, as well as developing and implementing analytical models to deliver efficient and effective healthcare solutions.
You will design solutions that address the organisation's challenges using data manipulation and techniques in Data Science, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence. Your role involves driving the end-to-end Machine Learning Operations pipeline, ensuring that solutions are validated and tested using best practices of test-driven development, and deployed with model monitoring and continuous re-training/integration to benefit users and make a significant impact.
Collaborating with stakeholders, you will frame and scope business problems and build data analytics capabilities across various domains, including clinical services, finance, and operations. Additionally, you will conduct feasibility studies, lead translational research projects as required, and facilitate regular key management meetings and reporting.
Job Requirements
- A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Operation Research, or related fields. A Master’s Degree is an added advantage
- 3 - 5 years of relevant working experience preferably in machine learning and data analytics
- Experience in collaborating with business and technology stakeholders in ensuring data products development and utilisation
- Experience in delivering Generative AI solutions, with a strong understanding of deep learning techniques such as GPT, VAE, and GANs
- Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages
- Experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar
- Experience with Generative AI frameworks such as GPT-3, DALL-E, or similar
- Knowledge of statistical methods and data analysis techniques
- Good knowledge of healthcare data standards and regulatory requirements
- Team player with strong collaboration and problem-solving skills with attention to details
- Independent worker with the initiative to complete tasks and projects
