Join SingHealth's Strategic Human Resource division and help shape the workforce of Singapore's largest public healthcare cluster. You will lead a team that sits at the heart of data-driven HR decision-making to support the building of a dynamic workforce for a transformative healthcare system.

We are seeking a Senior Assistant Director to lead the Manpower Planning & Analytics team. You will oversee workforce data analytics, manpower establishment governance, and manpower reporting to senior leadership and the Ministry of Health (MOH).

 

What You Will Do:

You will lead HR data analytics projects across the SingHealth Cluster, building analytics capabilities that give HR teams the data and insights they need for their HR practice. This includes putting in place HR data governance workflows and policies to ensure cluster workforce data is managed securely and in compliance with MOH and national data protection requirements.

 

You will oversee the design and production of manpower reports and dashboards that are robust and insights-rich to support strategic decision-making.

 

You will supervise a team to support SingHealth HQ in ensuring proper governance and oversight in the management of manpower establishments, serving as a key partner to HQ departments and management to maintain an optimal workforce pool. You will also coordinate the annual Work Plan Budget process for Strategic HR.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline; a Master's Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration is preferred.
  • At least 15 years of experience in manpower planning, strategic planning, or data analytics in large organisations, with government or healthcare experience would be an added advantage
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel; familiarity with Tableau, R, Python, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and/or AI tools is advantageous
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights
  • Effective at managing relationships across functions and institutions
  • Sound judgement and the ability to navigate complex, ambiguous situations with tact
