What You Will Do:
You will provide analytical and administrative support for Regional Health System efforts, helping to identify, plan, and develop new population health projects and capitation initiatives. Your role involves collating and tracking performance indicators of care integration programmes, coordinating with funders to manage budgets and grants, and ensuring contracts align with project objectives and procurement policies. You will cultivate strong networks with community healthcare services and partners including social service organisations, allied health services, home nursing providers, and community-based organisations, whilst identifying appropriate industry partnerships for project requirements. Additionally, you will assist with annual workplan exercises, organise departmental retreats and events, provide secretarial support for meetings, and mentor new staff members. You will review operational workflows to identify gaps and work with team members on enhanced processes, coordinate with IT vendors to ensure smooth operation of systems like customer relationship management platforms, and contribute to improving population health outcomes through your assigned work.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree with at least 4 years relevant healthcare experience
• Experience in operations or office management
• Meticulous attention to detail with ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Strong presentation and report writing skills
• Excellent communication and facilitation abilities to interact effectively with stakeholders
• Independent worker with initiative to complete assigned tasks and projects
• Strong organisational skills with keen eye for detail
• Team player with strong collaboration abilities
