Singapore Health Services Pte Ltd

Senior / Assistant Manager, (Partnerships & Programmes), Office for Innovation

Job Category:  Administration
Posting Date:  10 Jul 2026

Join the SingHealth Office for Innovation (SHOFI) and be part of a team driving meaningful change across Singapore's largest public healthcare cluster. SHOFI sits within the larger Division of Innovation and Transformation and exists to grow the programmes, partners, and capacity in the ecosystem for innovation to flourish — to ultimately address challenges such as an ageing population, rising healthcare demand, and healthcare workforce sustainability. If you are energised by the idea of building partnerships and running programmes that translate into tangible impact for healthcare professionals and patients, this role is for you.

We are looking for a Senior / Assistant Manager to join the Innovation Partnerships & Programmes (IPP) team, where you will play a central role in managing and advancing SHOFI's local and international partnerships. You will work across a dynamic portfolio of partnerships and programmes, keeping multiple initiatives moving forward in a coordinated and purposeful way.

What You Will Do:

You will manage and coordinate the day-to-day operationalisation of multiple concurrent innovation partnerships and programmes, ensuring they progress in a systematic and timely manner. This involves building and maintaining strong working relationships with a diverse range of partners — including healthcare providers, government agencies, and educational institutions, funders, non-profit organisations — while collaborating closely with internal departments and stakeholders to align strategies and ensure seamless execution.

You will support the IPP team in monitoring and reporting on partnership outcomes, tracking progress against goals, and recommending solutions where needed. You will also contribute to the development of operational frameworks and processes, which may include creating document templates, communication collaterals, criteria and due diligence checklists, and process diagrams.

On the communications and events front, you will support the planning and execution of partner engagement events and innovation-related initiatives, including communication campaigns conducted physically and digitally in consultation with SingHealth Group Communications and other relevant offices. You will also assist with budget management and resource allocation for partnership initiatives and provide regular progress updates and monthly reports to the team.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline with 4 years of relevant working experience
  • Experience in stakeholder and partnership management within the healthcare, technology, or communications sector is preferred
  • Excellent verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • Critical thinker who is action-oriented and self-motivated
  • Experience with social media platforms, website management, video production, or internal communications is a bonus; familiarity with AI tools is advantageous
  • Business fluency in Mandarin or a Southeast Asian language such as Bahasa or Thai is advantageous for communication with regional stakeholders
