Senior Assistant Manager, Group Marketing Communications
We are seeking a Senior Assistant Manager to join our Group Marketing Communications team. This role supports the management and execution of marketing communications strategies to build SingHealth's profile and strengthen brand awareness among our key audiences: patients, members of the public and healthcare professionals.
You will manage patient education, informational and promotional collaterals across print and digital platforms. This includes conceptualising ideas and editorial outlines, editing and writing content through to final implementation.
Your responsibilities include developing search optimisation strategies to improve organic visibility and website performance. This will include keyword research, content optimisation to the monitoring and reporting of SEO metrics and performance.
You will also develop and edit content for SingHealth's e-newsletter and print collaterals for external partners. Additional duties include preparing and managing ad hoc media initiatives and visits to ensure successful execution.
Job requirements:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Arts, Communications or Business, with at least 4 years' relevant experience
- Experience in writing and editing content for print and e-publications
- Experience in writing and optimising website content for search engine optimisation including on-page and off-page optimisation
- Good understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors and SEO tools will be highly advantageous
- Strong command of both spoken and written English with excellent writing and editing skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities concurrently
