Senior / Assistant Manager, HR Technology

Join SingHealth's Strategic HR division and play a meaningful role in shaping how HR technology supports one of Singapore's largest public healthcare clusters. Our HR Technology team drives the digitalisation of HR processes across SingHealth, ensuring that our people systems are effective, user-friendly, and continuously improving to meet the needs of a dynamic healthcare workforce.

We are looking for a driven Senior / Assistant Manager to support HR digitalisation efforts across the cluster. You will be involved in the full lifecycle of HR information systems — from implementation and maintenance to training and process improvement — working closely with internal stakeholders, vendors, and technology partners to deliver reliable and efficient HR technology solutions.

 

What You Will Do:

You will gather business requirements, lead User Acceptance Testing, and liaise with vendors and Synapxe to ensure successful system rollouts and timely resolution of issues. As part of change and problem management, you will review and validate HR Information System (HRIS) change requests, obtain stakeholder buy-in, and work with support partners to address system problems promptly. You will also attend to staff queries, manage HRIS authorisation roles, and generate reports as required to support day-to-day HR operations.

 

A key part of your role involves building digital capabilities across the HR function. You will develop and deliver training sessions, including the SingHealth HRIS Induction Programme, and keep eLearning content current and relevant. Beyond maintaining existing systems, you will proactively identify opportunities to streamline and automate HR processes, contributing to a better experience for both HR practitioners and the employees they support.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Human Resources, Engineering, Business, or Science
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in HR, preferably with exposure to HRIS
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors will be an advantage
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate clearly across technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to work both collaboratively within a team and independently when required
