Senior Assistant/ Manager, Office of Risk Services
Join SingHealth's Office of Risk Services (ORS) and play a pivotal role in strengthening Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) across Singapore's largest public healthcare cluster.
We are seeking a Senior Assistant Manager or Manager to coordinate and facilitate ERM initiatives across the Cluster, act as Secretariat to Board- and Cluster-level committees and provide reliable internal ERM guidance to institutions and domain leads throughout SingHealth.
What You Will Do:
You will be part of the Office of Risk Services team responsible for strengthening risk governance and enterprise risk management (ERM) across SingHealth through clinical risk reviews, risk trend analysis, governance reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
You will act as Secretariat to Cluster-level ERM Councils, Committees, Workgroups, and Taskforces formed from time to time to implement ERM initiatives, strategies, and programmes. You will also participate in the coordination and implementation of education, training, and communication initiatives. This includes conducting risk facilitations, reviewing risk assessments, collating and analysing risk data to highlight trends and areas requiring attention.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline with at least 4 years of relevant working experience
- Prior experience in clinical risk management and healthcare processes is advantageous
- Certified Professional Risk Management (CPRM) certification will be an advantage
- Good understanding of analytical and reporting processes, with experience in data analysis or analytics
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to advise and engage stakeholders effectively
- Proactive and analytical in approach, with strong project management skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams
