What We Do

We lead end-to-end implementation of Value-based Healthcare (VBH) programmes including Value-Driven Care initiatives, Choosing Wisely projects, Patient Reported Outcome Measures (PROMs), Value Based Procurement and innovative value-based incentive models. Through data analytics and cross-institutional collaboration, we catalyse meaningful improvement in health outcomes across SingHealth Institutions.

 

Your Impact

As part of our dynamic team, you'll play a crucial role in developing and implementing VBH initiatives across SingHealth institutions. Working alongside managers, Institution Value Leads, and key stakeholders, you'll analyse data, generate actionable insights, identify improvement opportunities and facilitate stakeholder alignment.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Support data collection, analysis and reporting to translate data into meaningful insights, and inform strategic decisions

  • Coordinate cross-institutional activities and foster collaboration

  • Build VBH capability through targeted communication and engagement efforts

  • Liaise with MOH to ensure alignment between SingHealth and national healthcare objectives

  • Prepare comprehensive reports and updates for diverse stakeholder groups

 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with at least 2 years of relevant working experience

  • Candidates with at least 4 years of relevant working experience can be considered for the position of Senior Assistant Manager

  • Experience in the healthcare sector would be preferred and will be an added advantage

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, especially Microsoft Excel

  • Strong analytical skills with knowledge and experience in data analytics, benchmarking and change management is required 

  • Knowledge and skill in statistical tools and process improvement methodologies would be an advantage

  • A team player, strong collaborator with ability to engage diverse stakeholders and drive change

  • Independent and proactive worker, and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
