The SingHealth AI Office brings together a multi-disciplinary dedicated to developing Artificial Intelligence (AI) for the academic medicine of tomorrow. Our office has four key functions:

- Attract commercial partnerships
- Support AI analytics and governance
- Support AI education
You will play a key role in supporting the management of AI projects across SingHealth. This position involves liaising with clinical and technical teams, coordinating meetings with various AI interest groups, and supporting the organisation of cluster AI initiatives and events to advance artificial intelligence adoption in healthcare.
As the Senior Assistant Manager, your key responsibilities include:
- Support the management of multi-disciplinary AI projects and coordinate with AI theme Principal Investigators
- Liaise with clinical, technical, operational, commercial and educational teams from SingHealth
- Update and maintain the cluster AI master list and support grant call processes
- Assist in organising cluster AI initiatives and events, including the AI Health World Summit, journal clubs and seminars
- Support programme and logistics planning, coordinate with speakers, and manage publicity and media content
- Coordinate with external parties for co-organised or invited events
- Update content on online portals including websites with project updates, papers, events and achievements
- Coordinate and set up cluster AI EXCO meetings and take minutes
- Support preparation of publicity and media materials for events
- Assist in completion and management of non-disclosure agreements
- Provide administrative support for onboarding new hires and interns when required
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with at least 4 years of relevant experience
- Understanding and experience in project and budget management in commercial, banking, technology or healthcare domains
- Prior experience dealing with industrial partners and collaborators, including negotiating and completing relevant agreements
- Familiarity with social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Telegram and Twitter
- Experience using Microsoft Office, Excel and related software
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
