Senior/ Assistant Manager (Patient Empowerment), Office of Digital Empowerment

Job Category:  Administration
Posting Date:  25 Sept 2026

Join SingHealth's Office of Digital Empowerment (ODE) and play a meaningful role in shaping how patients and caregivers experience digital health services across Singapore's largest public healthcare cluster. You will be part of a team driving digital transformation that is grounded in real-world needs, ensuring that technology works for the people it is meant to serve.

We are seeking a Senior/ Assistant Manager to support the planning, coordination, and implementation of digital adoption and patient empowerment initiatives. You will work at the intersection of patient experience, stakeholder engagement, and digital enablement to ensure that patient-facing digital services are practical, user-centred, and successfully adopted across SingHealth institutions.

What You Will Do:

You will support patient empowerment and adoption work for patient-facing digital initiatives, consolidate feedback from patients, caregivers, frontline teams, and institutions to identify key themes, barriers, and service experience issues. You will translate these insights into practical considerations for communications, readiness planning, and continuous improvement, ensuring that patient and frontline perspectives are reflected in implementation plans.

A significant part of your role involves stakeholder coordination, including facilitating meetings and working sessions across institutions and departments, supporting alignment on scope, priorities, and adoption considerations, and maintaining clear follow-up points to ensure issues are surfaced and addressed in a timely manner.

You will also coordinate the development of readiness resources to help frontline teams and stakeholders navigate changes smoothly. You will track agreed actions, milestones, risks, and dependencies for assigned initiatives, and prepare concise progress updates and presentation inputs for internal discussions and governance forums.

Beyond coordination, you will actively identify opportunities to simplify workflows, reduce manual effort, and improve team productivity through the appropriate use of digital tools, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities. You will gather feedback on operational pain points, recommend practical process improvements, and promote the sharing of effective practices and lessons learnt across institutions and teams.

You may occasionally take on additional responsibilities in support of broader division priorities related to digital initiatives, patient empowerment, and adoption support as directed by your supervisor.
