Senior Associate, Employee Services (Contract)

We are seeking a Senior Associate, Employee Services to provide administrative support in benefits-related matters for all SingHealth HQ staff. This includes processing medical-related bills and receipts, administering leave benefits, managing staff identification (including staff cards, dependant cards and name tag) and insurance-related matters. The successful candidate will also be responsible for proper upkeeping of personnel files.

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Human Resource Management or relevant discipline
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors system is preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
