Senior Associate, SingHealth Duke-NUS Transplant Centre (Contract)

You will be part of the SingHealth Duke-NUS Transplant Centre (SD Transplant Centre) team that strives to deliver value and quality work. Your main base will be at the SDTC office located at National Heart Centre Singapore but you may occasionally need to travel to SKH, SGH, and CGH for coordination purposes. You will provide general secretariat and administrative support to the SD Transplant Centre and its counterparts across various transplant programmes. These include working with diverse stakeholders within and outside SingHealth to coordinate data entry and research projects and activities. You will also be tasked with providing coordination, administrative, and logistical support for departmental and cluster-level meetings and assist with data compilation. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation for Institutional Review Board (IRB) submissions and approvals, as well as assisting in organising study materials such as informed consent forms, case report forms, and study protocols. Your role will also involve coordinating communication between investigators from different institutions and research participants, and actively participating in study meetings, conferences, and trainings as required.

 

You should be an individual with meticulous organisation skills, a disposition for continuous learning, and the ability to think interdependently. You should be able to communicate your ideas with clarity and provide concise presentations and meeting minutes for the department, as well as update project agreement forms.

 

You will also be expected to manage multiple timelines, see through tasks to fulfilment in a timely manner and possess the flexibility to respond to changes within your scope of work.

 

Requirements:
