Join SingHealth's Office of Regional Health and play a meaningful role in supporting programmes that contribute to better health outcomes for communities across Singapore. You will contribute towards improving population health outcomes through your work, as part of a team dedicated to regional health integration and coordination.

You will provide general administrative, operational, and coordination support to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the department. This includes consolidating and managing operational data, preparing regular reports, dashboards and presentation materials, managing enquiries, scheduling and coordination of activities, and maintenance of records and documentation. You will also support procurement, inventory administration, and departmental initiatives — all in service of contributing towards improving population health outcomes.

What You will Do:

In the area of reporting and data management, you will collect, compile, verify and maintain operational and programme-related data from various sources, prepare regular reports, dashboards and management information for departmental use, support the preparation of presentation slides, reports and meeting materials, maintain and update operational and programme records, and perform data entry for assigned databases.

On the administrative side, you will support the administration and coordination of departmental programmes and operational activities, assist in meetings, appointments, events and logistics arrangements, and maintain and organise records, documentation, filing systems, and databases.

You will also assist with claims processing and financial documentation, and support procurement processes to ensure requests are handled accurately and on time.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in any discipline, or GCE N/Equivalent with at least 6 years of relevant experience and demonstrated competency
  • Prior experience in a healthcare, hospitality or community care setting is preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good organising and coordinating skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work independently
  • Meticulous, resourceful, empathetic, a strong team player with a positive work attitude, and a keen sense of responsibility
