We are seeking a Senior Executive to provide broad operational and administrative support across the Centre's key programs and initiatives. This role offers a well-rounded experience spanning events management, data administration, mentorship coordination, and communications.

 

What You Will Do:

You will support student outreach activities at both cluster and Hospital/Clinical Institution (HCI)/Academic Clinical Programme (ACP) levels, contributing to a range of engagements such as career talks, workshops, specialised skills training sessions, and examination preparation. You will also take the lead in organising annual cluster-level COMPASS events, managing logistics and ensuring smooth execution from planning through to delivery.

You will also play an active role in the Centre's data and technology functions, keeping the student talent database up to date, analysing data, managing clinical electives through the Centre's portal, and maintaining the Centre's webpage and online events calendar.

In addition, you will support the Centre's Career Mentorship Programme by helping to match student mentees with experienced SingHealth clinician-mentors and contribute to the Centre's Awareness Surveys as needed. You will also assist with publicity efforts and the creation of collaterals, while providing reliable day-to-day administrative and operational support that keeps the Centre running effectively

 

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in any discipline
  • Relevant working experience in the healthcare or tertiary education industry will be advantageous
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated flair for writing
  • Team player who is independent and resourceful, with a good work ethic and strong initiative
