Senior Executive, Group Communications
Join SingHealth's Group Communications team and shape how Singapore's largest public healthcare cluster inspires, aligns and engages its people. As part of the Organisational and Leadership Communications team, you will play a key role in strengthening the reputation of the SingHealth Duke-NUS Academic Medical Centre (AMC) as a trusted leader in academic medicine, while advancing internal engagement that supports our organisational strategy and culture.
We are seeking a Senior Executive who is passionate about organisational purpose, strategic storytelling and leadership visibility. In this role, you will shape communication strategies that strengthen trust, clarity and connection across SingHealth, and position our leaders effectively on local and global platforms.
What You Will Do:
You will support the SingHealth Duke-NUS AMC in building its reputation as a trusted leader in academic medicine. This includes driving leadership communication strategies to enhance senior management visibility, thought leadership and engagement across internal and external platforms. You will also plan and execute integrated communications campaigns for key organisational initiatives, managing end-to-end delivery from concept to execution. You are also expected to strengthen organisation-wide internal communications with timely, coherent and impactful messaging that supports staff engagement and alignment.
Additionally, you will partner internal stakeholders, including the SingHealth Systemness Office and Strategic HR, to identify profiling opportunities and deliver strategic communication support. You are also required to develop compelling narratives and content for internal and digital campaigns that deepen staff engagement and reinforce the SingHealth AMC brand.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Communications with up to 2 years of relevant experience
• Strong project and event management skills with excellent command of English
• Proven experience with internal communications and staff engagement
• Familiarity with emerging trends and proficiency in social media platforms and digital engagement tools
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Resourceful and creative team player with good interpersonal skills
