Senior Executive, Group Finance
We are seeking a dynamic professional to join our finance team. This role focuses on process improvement, system integration , financial stewardship, and performance monitoring to achieve desired financial outcomes across the cluster.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will analyse application systems, identify inefficiencies, and recommend workflow improvements while collaborating with the cluster's senior leadership, Chief Financial Officers and various domain specialists to promote system integration. The role involves supporting system implementation including design, testing (System Integration Testing/User Acceptance Testing), and configuration before Go-Live.
After Go-Live, you will gather feedback, resolve issues with the Project Manager and IT consultants, and drive continuous system optimisation. Additionally, the role includes supporting budgeting and claims management to ensure optimal fund utilisation and timely disbursements.
Job requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Analytics, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field, preferably with at least 4 years of relevant working experience in system diagnostics, workflow optimisation, and financial processes
- Experience in budget planning and claims submission is an added advantage
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and Tableau
- Prior experience in using other visualisation tools such as Python
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively
- Meticulous and detail-oriented
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Independent and self-driven with the ability to multi-task and meet tight timelines
