Senior Executive, Group Office of Patient Experience (6-month Contract)

As a Senior Executive in SingHealth Group Office of Patient Experience, you will support the Assistant Director in the planning and execution of programmes that drive patient engagement. Through partnerships with patients and/or their families and caregivers, you will work with healthcare professionals across SingHealth to improve health services. This includes conceptualising and implementing key events that position SingHealth as a leader in patient engagement and patient advocacy programmes. The scope of work includes planning, publicity, vendor management, cross-liaison with various stakeholders, and review of award criteria and award presentation format.

 

Another key responsibility will be to provide support relating to recruitment, onboarding and training of SingHealth Patient Advocacy Network (SPAN) members to build a strong network of empowered patient advisors who volunteer their experiences to improve the quality and safety of care and services. You will also assist in extending the outreach of SPAN’s work by introducing new communication channels on social media and working with SingHealth institutions to create institution-based SPANs. Close collaboration with local and international counterparts will also be expected for SPAN to remain relevant.

 

Other duties include assisting in the handling and management of feedback via the hotline and email and representing the department in organisation-wide initiatives.

 

 

Job requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with at least 2 years of relevant experience in service operations, partnerships and outreach, event and project management, and/or customer service
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Creative and resourceful team player
  • Meticulous with ability to multi-task in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
