Senior Executive, Office of Digital Strategy
Join SingHealth's Office of Digital Strategy (ODS) and play a meaningful role in shaping the future of healthcare through digital transformation and artificial intelligence (AI). As part of Singapore's largest public healthcare cluster, ODS drives the strategic direction of digital health initiatives that impact patients, clinicians, and communities across the ecosystem. This is an opportunity to work at the intersection of healthcare, technology, and strategy, contributing to initiatives that matter.
We are seeking a Senior Executive to support the operational delivery of digital and AI competency programmes, including managing logistics, driving learner engagement, curating communications, and tracking outcomes to ensure our initiatives reach and resonate with staff across the organisation.
What You Will Do:
You will play a key role in shaping and delivering high-quality digital literacy programmes across workshops, online modules, and events—designing and implementing standard operating procedures to ensure smooth, consistent delivery. You will orchestrate logistics, scheduling, and resources to keep programmes running seamlessly, while also creating engaging communications to drive participation. There will also be opportunities to contribute to creative learning content, such as short videos and podcasts.
You will also implement targeted learner engagement strategies, help establish practitioner communities and digital champions across institutions, and curate communication channels such as SharePoint sites and communities of practice to share resources and user feedback. You will design and disseminate awareness campaigns, including posters and electronic direct mailers, to maintain visibility of digital programmes across the organisation.
You will own the operational reporting and insights for our digital literacy programmes—maintaining dashboards that track participation, completion, and satisfaction, producing clear performance reports, and translating learner engagement data into practical recommendations to improve programme design and delivery. You will also partner training providers on system reporting and help monitor progress against our digital and AI adoption targets.
