Senior Executive, Office of SingHealth Academy (2-year contract)
Join SingHealth Academy and play a meaningful role in advancing Academic Medicine across Singapore's largest public healthcare cluster. You will be part of a team dedicated to developing healthcare professionals and strengthening the scholarly ecosystem that underpins SingHealth's mission of excellence in education and research.
We are looking for a Senior Executive who will play a key role in supporting SingHealth's effort in Academic Medicine, working across two complementary areas: coordinating training programmes and events for staff across the SingHealth cluster, and co-managing the Academy's scholarly communication services.

You will manage the operational and administrative functions that ensure efficient delivery, and partner with stakeholders to execute promotional strategies as well as assist with funding applications. You will take ownership of revenues and expenses for each programme or event under your purview, analyse evaluation reports to determine any required course of action, and ensure effective communication with participants, training partners, and stakeholders throughout.
On the scholarly communications side, you will manage academic resources in collaboration with support staff and key stakeholders, review journal manuscripts and provide acceptance or rejection recommendations with appropriate justifications. You will assist with editorial board database management, identify gaps in specialty areas, and coordinate half-yearly editorial board meetings. You will also generate publicity ideas to increase the journal's visibility and manage educational resource subscription contracts.
You will also support administrative frameworks, analyse operational data, and develop recommendations for process improvements, coordinating with departments to gather feedback and implement approved procedural enhancements. You will maintain documentation control in line with standard operating procedures and regulatory standards while ensuring accurate record-keeping and compliance.
