We are seeking a Senior Executive to join the Environmental Services team. Working closely with service providers and internal stakeholders, you will ensure that cleaning, waste management, pest control, and related services are delivered to consistently high standards across all inpatient and outpatient areas.

 

What You Will Do:

You will supervise and manage various outsourced services under the Environmental Services (ES) department, taking responsibility for implementing and evaluating ES-related programmes that provide a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for patients, the public, and staff. This includes monitoring key performance indicators across outsourced services, reviewing service providers' performance against targets through monthly reports, and working collaboratively with them to drive improvements that ensure service standards are consistently met and legal requirements are upheld.

 

You will liaise and coordinate work activities with users and service partners to ensure smooth service delivery with minimum disruption and high user satisfaction. You will also track and monitor the department's work plans, compile statistics on ES activities, and present findings to support management decision-making. Budget management is a key part of this role, encompassing the annual budgeting exercise as well as ongoing monitoring of expenses throughout the financial year.

 

To maintain service quality, you will perform routine audit checks to ensure that cleaning and infection control standards are adhered to and conduct regular joint inspections and walkabouts with service partners to assess performance, identify service gaps, and surface areas for improvement.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline, preferably with at least 2 years’ relevant working experience in a Healthcare or Hospitality environment  
  • Possess good communication, interpersonal and adaptability skills
  • Highly independent, meticulous and analytical
