Senior Executive, SingHealth Office of Regional Health (Contract)

Project Silver Screen (PSS) is a functional screening program that focuses on improving the quality of life by detecting early decline in vision, hearing and oral health among seniors in the community. It adopts a three-tiered approach to the screening program, starting with basic community-based screening (Level 1), further investigation and non-complex follow up (Level 2) and complex case management (Level 3). SingHealth offers Level 1 screenings as part of the mainstreaming phase and Level 2 assessments for seniors with abnormal screening results.

What You Will Do:

We are looking for a Senior Executive to support the mainstreaming phase of PSS, a community-based health screening programme. Reporting to the Manager, you will be responsible for planning and optimising PSS Level 1 operations, with oversight of publicity, communications, audit, reporting functions, and future IT implementation.

Your primary focus will be coordinating with key stakeholders, including the Regional Health System (RHS) Operations team, vendors, and community partners to ensure the smooth running of Level 1 events, while developing and nurturing strong working relationships across these groups. You will also manage the distribution of PSS marketing and publicity materials and collaterals to relevant stakeholders.

On the systems and analytics front, you will support the PSS Phase 2 IT implementation and ensure a smooth transition to Epic, as well as maintain population-level analytics aligned to the SingHealth RHS population health strategy. You will compile and report key performance indicators for management and Ministry of Health (MOH) requirements. You may also be called upon to provide recommendations on suitable event locations and workflow improvements to strengthen PSS Level 1 operations.

You will also provide and coordinate operational and administrative support to SingHealth RHS and the cluster stakeholders to ensure smooth and effective operations of other population health and capitation projects. 

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
• Prior work experience in healthcare or community partnership would be an added advantage
• Previous experience collaborating with government agencies and community partners
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with willingness to learn and is self-motivated
• Resourceful and able to work independently, as well as contribute effectively as part of a team.
