Senior Executive, SingHealth Traditional Chinese Medicine Council

The newly formed SingHealth Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Council seeks to harmonise TCM practices across our healthcare cluster whilst maintaining the highest standards of clinical excellence and patient safety.

This role offers an opportunity to be at the forefront of healthcare transformation, supporting the strategic development and implementation of TCM services across SingHealth institutions. You will serve as a key secretariat to the TCM Council and its sub-committees. You will coordinate policy development and harmonisation across multiple institutions, manage governance processes for innovative TCM practices, and ensure effective implementation of strategic initiatives in clinical services, research and education.

Your responsibilities will encompass comprehensive committee management, strategic project coordination, financial planning and budgeting processes, and stakeholder engagement across diverse healthcare environments.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline, preferably in healthcare-related discipline
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in policy development, committee management or healthcare administration would be advantageous
• Knowledge of TCM practices and healthcare regulations would be an added advantage
• Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently while fostering effective team collaboration
• Meticulous attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
