The Centre for Population Health Research and Implementation (CPHRI) is a centralised platform for population health research, innovation, implementation and evaluation activities at the SingHealth Regional Health System. CPHRI aims to seamlessly leverage data and technology to guide and support population health initiatives and accelerate the implementation of research findings in care delivery and improvement.

 

We are seeking an Assistant Manager to support the execution of the INFINITY-ICOPE research project, focusing on community-based health interventions for elderly residents. You will work closely with the Principal Investigator to coordinate study activities, manage community partnerships, and ensure the successful delivery of this important research initiative that aims to improve health outcomes for older adults in Singapore.

 

What You Will Do:

You will coordinate study execution by matching study participants to appropriate primary care providers based on proximity and patient preferences, ensuring follow-up plans are implemented including onward referrals for community-based rehabilitation or geriatric specialty services. Your role involves engaging and maintaining strong networks with community and primary care partners whilst supporting the enrolment of new partner sites for project scaling. You will oversee subject recruitment activities, support data collection processes, and assist with data analysis as required to meet recruitment targets and maintain high-quality, complete datasets. Additionally, you will coordinate multidisciplinary meetings by providing secretariat support and ensuring timely submission of meeting minutes and reports. You will also review project budget utilisation to ensure efficient resource management and perform administrative and logistics duties as directed by the Principal Investigator.

 

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Biological Science, Social Sciences, Epidemiology, Statistics, Psychology or related academic area with at least 2 years of relevant experience

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Excellent organisation and time management abilities

• Ability to work independently, show initiative and work productively as part of a team
