Senior Executive (Communications), SingHealth Office of Regional Health (Contract)

We are seeking a Senior Executive to serve as the Communications Point-of-Contact for our Regional Health System. You will support integrated communications campaigns that showcase our programmes across Health Promotion and Disease Prevention, Primary Care, Continuing Community Care, Community Nursing, Community Engagement, and Population Health Research, working across mainstream media, digital platforms, publications, and marketing materials.
What You Will Do:
You will support planning and execution of effective communications for Regional Health System programmes, proposing strategic messages and positioning aligned with corporate objectives whilst developing integrated communications campaigns and publicity plans. Your role involves preparing media materials including corporate social media posts, media releases, anticipated FAQs, soundbites and quotes in consultation with relevant stakeholders, establishing and maintaining a media tracking database to record Regional Health System media coverage, and organising publicity events whilst providing counsel on event management and protocol management. You will manage and maintain the Regional Health System corporate website, working with stakeholders and vendors to ensure smooth transition to the revamped website, and propose ideas to ensure correct messaging of Regional Health System content on SingHealth corporate websites and digital platforms whilst managing production of communications materials that effectively convey key messages.
Your responsibilities include proactively engaging internal stakeholders to seek profiling opportunities and helping them meet strategic objectives through sound communication ideas and activities, providing support and internal messaging for staff engagement activities as needed. You will support leadership communications by organising staff engagement sessions and town halls across the three Regional Health System sites, developing key messages for engagement sessions and speeches, staffing senior management during speaking engagements and media interviews, supporting leaders by drafting social media posts for sharing thought leadership on population health, and acting as gatekeeper to help oversee leaders' social media accounts including LinkedIn whilst monitoring social media trends and proposing relevant updates.
Additionally, you will ensure SingHealth Regional Health System branding is strong and consistent across operating sites by working with stakeholders to develop branding kits and providing counsel to programme teams on brand application.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in mass communications or a related field
- At least 2 years' relevant working experience in communications, preferably in healthcare or community care, with proven track record in communications-related work
- Proficient in English (spoken and written) with natural flair in writing and able to converse and write in a second language
- Good grasp of communication tools and trends including broadcast, print, digital and social media
- Possess good presentation skills
- Proficient in Canva
- Knowledge in HTML, graphics design and video software would be an added advantage
- Able to work in dynamic and fast-paced environment whilst being self-motivated, able to multi-task and willing to learn
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, open to feedback and ready to embrace changes, with creative and resourceful team player qualities
- Proactive and able to manage multiple stakeholders and projects concurrently whilst being resourceful and able to work independently
- May be required to support events during weekends
