Senior Executive (Enterprise Risk Management), (Contract)

You will contribute to enterprise risk management, data protection compliance, and governance initiatives that uphold the highest standards of healthcare delivery across our network.
We are seeking a Senior Executive to provide comprehensive secretariat and administrative support for risk management activities. Reporting to the Assistant Director, you will coordinate meetings, maintain documentation, and support Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) initiatives, whilst ensuring the smooth operation of governance processes across the regional health system.
What You Will Do:
You will support the administration, coordination, and secretariat functions of the Regional Health System Risk Office. This includes preparing meeting agendas, maintaining accurate minutes, and tracking follow-up actions to ensure timely completion. You will maintain records and submissions, support ERM, PDPA, compliance, and governance-related reviews and reporting, and prepare clearly written reports and presentations for management meetings and updates.
Your role also involves maintaining microsites, dashboards, and registers with current information, and liaising with stakeholders across the regional health system to coordinate information sharing, updates, and deliverables. You will manage scheduling and logistics for meetings and events, and support ad hoc projects and initiatives as required by the department.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
- Experience in healthcare administration, governance, operations, audit, or risk-related work will be an advantage, and relevant internship experience is welcome
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear, well-structured reports and presentations
- Meticulous and detail-oriented with a strong sense of accuracy and follow-through
- Reliable and organised, with the ability to manage timelines and commitments effectively
- Interest in healthcare administration, governance, enterprise risk management, and PDPA
