Senior Executive (GenAI), Office of Digital Empowerment

You will empower over 35,000 healthcare professionals across Singapore's largest public healthcare cluster to harness GenAI tools, directly impacting how medical professionals deliver patient care.
We are seeking a Senior Executive to provide operational support for GenAI programmes. You will ensure smooth execution of workshops, pilots, and adoption activities whilst gathering insights that shape SingHealth's GenAI implementation at scale.
What You Will Do:
You will coordinate GenAI workshops, training sessions, and onboarding programmes by managing logistics, preparing materials, and supporting facilitators. Your role involves assisting with pilots and demonstrations by preparing test cases and capturing observations for analysis. As the first-line contact for GenAI users, you will address queries, capture feedback, and escalate issues appropriately. You will maintain comprehensive documentation including training logs, usage reports, and meeting minutes whilst collecting user feedback and adoption data. Additionally, you will actively use GenAI tools such as Copilot, Pair, and Tandem in daily tasks, continuously learning new features and providing user insights for tool evaluation and improvement.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, or related discipline
- Preferably 2 years of experience in digital initiatives, technology support, or training coordination
- Exposure to GenAI tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, or Pair through work or self-learning
- Experience supporting workshops, training sessions, or user onboarding activities
- Basic understanding of GenAI concepts, capabilities, and limitations
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools including Teams, SharePoint, and Power Automate
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills
- Clear communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
- Service-oriented approach with ability to support staff with varying digital readiness levels
- Proactive learning attitude and adaptability in fast-evolving digital environments
