Senior / Executive (Hospital & Operations Planning), Eastern General Hospital Planning Office

The upcoming Eastern General Hospital (EGH) aspires to provide excellent, patient-centred care and to improve the health of the population in the east of Singapore.  We aim to develop future-ready systems to support patients’ healthcare journeys and to be an employer of choice for our staff. 

You will work with the planning team to support the development of EGH. You will support the implementation of the operational models in line with the development of hospital services and care models and ensure that it is in accordance with the budget and guidelines. You will also develop end-user briefs, operations requirements, guidelines and work processes, organise workshops for user requirements gathering and test new models both virtually and on physical prototypes in the EGH Healthcare Living Lab. You will also support the operational readiness, activation and transition (ORAT) plan of the hospital, attain the required compliance and licenses for the operations to commence, and facilitate meeting coordination with the various stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferably in health-care related discipline with at least 2 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge and skill in design thinking, change management, project management, technology adoption and process methodologies
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to engage various stakeholders in a fluid environment and a growing organisation
• Team player, highly motivated and action-oriented with excellent planning, analytical and critical thinking skills
• Able to work under pressure, adapt to change and manage challenges
• Familiar with Autocad, Photoshop and presentation software
