Senior Executive /Assistant Manager, Digital Health Readiness (Contract)
Join SingHealth's Digital Health Readiness (DHR) team and play a meaningful role in shaping how our workforce embraces digital transformation. The DHR team drives organisational and digital change across clinical, operational, and administrative areas, ensuring that our people are equipped and ready to deliver care in an increasingly digital environment.
We are looking for a motivated and organised individual to support the planning and execution of workforce enablement and training activities. You will ensure the smooth delivery of digital health readiness programmes by managing training logistics, coordinating trainers and participants, and maintaining the operational standards of our training facilities.
What You Will Do:
You will plan and manage all logistical requirements for training sessions, covering materials preparation, equipment setup, catering arrangements where applicable, and post-session clearance. Working closely with facilities and support teams, you will ensure training environments are consistently clean, safe, and operationally ready, and you will log, track, and follow through on any IT, audiovisual, connectivity, or software incidents to resolution or escalation. You will also maintain and enforce facility usage policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for room setup, health and safety, and equipment use.
On the coordination front, you will manage trainer scheduling by confirming availability, assigning sessions, and communicating requirements clearly. You will maintain an up-to-date trainer roster, handle scheduling conflicts promptly, and support the onboarding of new trainers through facility orientation and systems familiarisation. For training participants, you will oversee the end-to-end registration process, manage waitlists, maintain accurate attendance records, and produce timely reports on attendance, completion rates, and effectiveness metrics for training owners and stakeholders.
You will also support stakeholder engagement by executing coordination activities such as working meetings and feedback sessions, and by creating communication materials including newsletters, intranet content, presentations, and briefing documents that articulate the progress and benefits of digital health enablement initiatives. Additionally, you will support the development of training materials and user guides, assist in identifying training needs based on user profiles and knowledge gaps, and help senior leaders prepare updates for steering committees and senior management.
