Senior Executive / Assistant Manager, Talent Attraction, Development & Awards (6-month contract)
About the Role
Join SingHealth's Strategic Human Resource division and play a meaningful part in positioning Singapore's largest public healthcare cluster as an Employer of Choice. We are seeking a motivated and creative individual for a 6-month contract role to support our employer branding and talent attraction efforts, with a focus on reaching prospective candidates across Nursing, Allied Health, and Pharmacy disciplines.
What You Will Do
In this role, you will support the end-to-end planning and execution of employer branding initiatives, including the development of collaterals such as brochures, videos, and event visuals. You will assist to manage digital campaigns across social media platforms and career portals, ensuring content is engaging, timely, and aligned with SingHealth's brand identity.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders to maintain consistent and compelling messaging across all channels. You will also be involved in career talks and outreach events at Institutions of Higher Learning (IHLs) to build awareness and interest among the prospective talent.
Additionally, you will support in the preparation of campaign performance reports using social media analytics tools to provide insights for future initiatives.
What We Are Looking For
- A recognised degree in any discipline.
- Relevant working experience in employer branding or talent attraction role would be an advantage.
- A collaborative team player who is resourceful, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities independently.
