Join the SingHealth Office of Regional Health (SORH) and play a meaningful role in shaping how population health intelligence is developed and used across Singapore's largest public healthcare cluster. You will be part of a team working at the intersection of data, strategy, and community care, helping to ensure that the right insights reach the right people to support better health outcomes for the populations we serve. We are seeking a Senior Executive / Assistant Manager to support the planning and delivery of population health initiatives within the SingHealth Regional Health System (RHS). This role brings together data analysis, project coordination, and stakeholder engagement, and is suited for someone who is comfortable working with both data and people.

 

What You Will Do:

You will provide analytical and administrative support to identify, plan, and develop new population health projects and collate and track performance indicators of care integration programmes. A significant part of your role involves leading the development and refinement of population-level indicators and analytical views aligned to the SingHealth RHS population health strategy. You will conduct advanced descriptive and trend-based analyses to surface variation, persistence, and emerging risks across populations, precincts, and sites, translating complex datasets into clear, decision-oriented narratives. You will also advise on appropriate benchmarks, analytical approaches, and interpretation to ensure analyses are meaningful and comparable.

 

On the project management front, you will support the development of project proposals including scoping, analysis, stakeholder engagement, timeline development, and budget requests. You will also support the implementation of approved projects, covering workflow development, timeline tracking, risk management, and project reporting. You will serve as a project facilitator, managing projects and resources to achieve desired outcomes with a particular focus on ongoing stakeholder engagement, and apply appropriate problem-solving tools to resolve issues as they arise.

 

You will coordinate with other analysts where datasets or use cases span multiple functions, support cross-functional coordination, contribute to improving analytical workflows, documentation, and standards over time, as well as to provide guidance and technical review to junior analysts where applicable.You will also assist in the annual workplan and reporting exercise, organise RHS events and provide secretariat support to ensure meetings are well organised and outcome focused.

 

Job Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Mathematics, Public Health, or a related STEM discipline.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in data analytics, healthcare intelligence, or population health. Fresh graduates may be considered for the Senior Executive role.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Python, R, SQL, or Business Intelligence (BI) tools, with a demonstrated ability to design indicators, interpret trends, and translate insights for decision-making.
  • Ability to translate data into clear, operationally meaningful narratives, and comfortable working across teams and navigating ambiguity.
  • Highly independent and self-motivated, with strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team setting.
  • Committed to data quality, standardisation, and disciplined ways of working.
