Through administering fellowship and scholarship programmes, you will support healthcare professionals in pursuing advanced training and development opportunities, contributing to healthcare excellence across Singapore's largest public healthcare cluster.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to manage the end-to-end administration of fellowship and scholarship schemes supported by ministry, cluster and philanthropic funding.

 

What You Will Do:

You will manage the full lifecycle of assigned fellowship and scholarship programmes, from grant calls and nomination reviews to coordinating selection panel interviews and administering fellowship and scholarship awards.

As the key point of contact for SingHealth institutions and stakeholders, you will provide guidance on programme policies, eligibility requirements, funding support and award administration. You will oversee the administration and financial management of fellowship and scholarship programmes, including managing programme changes, maintaining accurate records, reviewing claims, monitoring fund utilisation, preparing reports for funders, and ensuring compliance with governance and funding requirements.  In addition, you will coordinate the annual awards ceremony to deliver a meaningful experience for award recipients.

Beyond administration, you will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by streamlining processes, developing and updating standard operating procedures, and exploring automation opportunities to enhance efficiency.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies or a related discipline
  • Preferably 2 years of relevant experience in Human Resources administration, process improvement, or Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage relationships across multiple institutional stakeholders
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage competing deadlines independently
  • A collaborative team player who is equally comfortable working independently when required
