Senior Executive/Senior/Assistant Manager (Systemness Projects), Group Finance - Central Office

We are seeking a dynamic professional to join our Group Finance team. The successful candidate will work closely with and as part of the SingHealth Systemness Office to harness the collective strengths of SingHealth's institutions by having them work better as a coordinated and integrated health system.

 

In this role, you will engage stakeholders across SingHealth's institutions to understand issues and communicate strategic direction, as well as analyse and synthesise gathered information to draw out insights and understanding. This may be followed by working with these stakeholders to develop policies and frameworks, scale best practices and drive operational efficiency across SingHealth institutions. The position may involve providing secretariat support, including meeting coordination and documentation. The role may also include planning and execution of events and engagement activities that inculcate a culture of systemness in SingHealth.

 

The project portfolio is dynamic, evolving and wide-ranging.  Examples of projects include development of policies that facilitate smooth and effective inter-institution clinical service partnerships, systematisation of manpower optimisation initiatives through benchmarking and best practice scaling, and creating organisational platforms and structures for effective coordination and decision-making.

 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline with at least 2 years' relevant experience, preferably in healthcare or project management
  • Experience with the use of data for management reporting would be advantageous
  • Experience with stakeholder management and project co-ordination
  • Strong project management capabilities with attention to detail
  • Ability to quickly understand complex problem statements and strategic directions
  • Adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
