Senior / Manager, Office for Innovation (Contract)
The Digital Health Accelerator (DHA) is a collaborative programme spearheaded by A*STAR, Ministry of Health Singapore and the three public healthcare clusters’. DHA empowers innovators to drive adoption and scale market-ready or near-market-ready digital health solutions.
In this pivotal role, you will lead the deployment of cutting-edge digital health solutions at SingHealth. Your responsibilities will encompass comprehensive grant administration support, including strategic planning, panel evaluation, meticulous monitoring, post-award evaluation, and dynamic outreach. Your primary focus will be ensuring the successful implementation of projects awarded under this programme. You will collaborate with diverse, multi-disciplinary teams, working towards the dual objectives of achieving and quantifying significant health outcomes and financial impact. As a crucial liaison between the DHA and SingHealth, you will ensure seamless alignment of resources and provide timely, accurate reporting on project milestones, deliverables, and KPIs to management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
- 8-10 years of relevant experience preferable in deploying software solutions in a clinical background setting and/or with experience in clinical research projects and project management in the areas of process improvement, design thinking or innovation projects
- Knowledge and experience in deployment and integration of digital health solutions, with ability to ensure scientific integrity, submit scientific publications and file intellectual property
- Knowledge and skill in project management, process improvement, improvement methodologies, tools and techniques such as design thinking, lean and six-sigma would be a strong advantage
- Knowledge in ISO 13485 / 62304 standards, medical device regulations and cyber security requirements would be an added advantage
- Team player who can demonstrate strategic and analytical skills
- Possess critical thinking skills and able to think outside of the box
- Adept at handling complex, ambiguous and challenging situations and comfortable with change in a fluid environment and a growing organisation
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well with project teams and multiple stakeholders with dynamic reporting lines
