Senior Manager, Office of Digital Strategy
Join SingHealth's Office of Digital Strategy (ODS) and play a meaningful role in shaping the future of healthcare through digital transformation and artificial intelligence (AI). As part of Singapore's largest public healthcare cluster, ODS drives the strategic direction of digital health initiatives that impact patients, clinicians, and communities across the ecosystem. This is an opportunity to work at the intersection of healthcare, technology, and strategy, contributing to initiatives that matter.
We are seeking a Senior Manager to support the development and execution of digital health and AI strategies, working closely with senior leadership and a broad network of clinical, operational, and technology stakeholders. You will help translate complex ideas into clear strategic direction, ensuring that digital health programmes are well-governed, well-coordinated, and delivered with impact.
What You Will Do:
You will conduct strategic research and analysis on digital health trends and AI technologies, synthesising findings into high-quality executive briefing papers, presentations, and strategic roadmaps for senior management. Your work will directly inform decision-making at the leadership level, helping to establish clear direction for digital health and AI initiatives across the organisation.
In the area of programme governance, you will lead end-to-end coordination of priority AI initiatives, maintaining oversight to proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement. You will provide secretariat support for digital health and AI governance committees and steering groups, managing agenda preparation, meeting coordination, and documentation of proceedings, whilst tracking action items and ensuring accountability and timely follow-through.
You will also serve as a key connector across the organisation, partnering with clinical, operational, and technology leaders to align digital and AI initiatives with organisational priorities. This includes developing communication plans and progress updates for senior leadership, as well as supporting change management efforts for digital health and AI implementations. Beyond individual projects, you will contribute to the scaling and sustainability of successful digital health solutions across the broader healthcare ecosystem.
