You support the development of strategic business and financial plans for the Hospital and develop the relevant finance-related policies and procedures. This includes formulating new workflows and establishing clear guidelines for the operational team to ensure compliance and efficiency, in tandem with the Hospital's drive towards transformative and automated processes.

 

Specifically, you provide critical financial insights to support Management's decision-making. Using financial dashboards with multidimensional analysis, you contribute to the proposition of clinical and operational models, provide advice on their related financial implications, and make recommendations on the financial models.

 

This role offers a unique opportunity to support the implementation of business and financial systems at the Hospital. You'll ensure timely execution of projects, coordinating with various departments to integrate new systems, optimise operational efficiency, and enhance financial reporting capabilities.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Professional Accounting Qualification or equivalent
  • Minimum 10 years of related working experience
  • Membership of a professional body, e.g., ISCA or ACCA is advantageous
  • Team player with a high level of integrity, responsibility, and trustworthiness
  • Adept at handling complex, ambiguous, and challenging situations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to engage various stakeholders in a fluid environment and a growing organisation
