We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team in the Specialist Outpatient Clinic Operations role. In this pivotal role, you will provide overall operational management, direction and leadership for our Specialist Outpatient Clinics, supporting the hospital’s operational readiness, activation and transition (ORAT) plan. You will collaborate with stakeholders to develop operational models and workflows aligned with the hospital’s service and care model, and co-develop workflow simulations based on various scenarios to test these new models virtually and with physical prototypes in the EGH Healthcare Living Lab. Additionally, you will plan resource requirements for nesting, hospital pre-operations, and ramp-up phases, and manage manpower planning, staff recruitment, and training prior to the hospital’s opening. Following EGH’s opening, you are expected to oversee all operational, manpower and administrative matters under the purview of Specialist Outpatient Clinics.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline with at least 8 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in a managerial capacity managing hospital operations in an acute hospital outpatient clinic setting Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage various stakeholders in a fluid environment and a growing organisation with multi-generational staff
  • Team player, highly motivated and action-oriented with excellent planning, analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, adapt to change and manage challenges
