These roles support EGH Pharmacy in delivering pharmaceutical services at EGH. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to provide pharmaceutical care, optimise drug therapy, and ensure safe, timely, and cost-effective medication use.

 

Candidates are expected to:

·       Deliver pharmaceutical care and drug information services to patients and healthcare professionals.

·       Identify, resolve, and prevent drug-related problems to improve patient outcomes.

·       Educate patients, caregivers, pharmacy students, and healthcare providers.

·       Participate in quality improvement, and evidence-based practice initiatives.

·       Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure continuity of care.

·       Contribute to the growth of EGH, and EGH Pharmacy through relevant activities

 

Requirements

·       A degree in Pharmacy recognised by the Singapore Pharmacy Council

·       Be fully registered with the Singapore Pharmacy Council

·       Hold a current practising certificate in Singapore

·       Experience appropriate to the job grade applied to.

·       Relevant experience in hospital pharmacy practice preferred

·       Have strong clinical knowledge and communication skills

·       Be able to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
