Senior/ Project Executive, Facilities Development (Contract)

You will be responsible for the effective planning and implementation of infrastructure facilities development projects from the conceptual stage to completion. You will handle conceptual design, project budgeting, project scheduling, project proposal preparation, project planning, design development, procurement, and management of construction contracts. You will ensure proper governance and compliance for budgets and projects, and coordinate with stakeholders’ facilities planning and project implementation. You will also participate actively in quality improvement projects and offer suggestions for improvements where applicable. 

The contract position may be further extended or converted to regular full-time employment, subject to performance.

Requirements:

• Masters/ Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture with at least 1 year of relevant experience or Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, Interior Design, Quantity Surveying or Estate Management with at least 3 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of AutoCAD drafting
• Proficient in documentation of Construction Contracts
• Well adept in project management process and documentation
• Good communication, interpersonal, planning and organisation skills
• Team player who is also able to work independently
• Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19
