As part of the Hospital and Services Planning team, you will provide support to the Hospital Planning Committee in the planning, coordination, development and management of the new EGH. Your role will include the facilitation of workshops, meetings and discussions to collate users’ inputs for end-user briefs and operations requirements, and the coordination, planning and management of project schedules, budgets, tender procedures, contract arrangements and quality requirements for the project. You will facilitate the full life cycle of project implementation which includes compilation of project briefs, management of design development, costing and scheduling, procurement of contracts and services, sample/mock-up reviews, management of changes and hand-over inspections and commissioning of the new hospital.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Good knowledge and skill in design thinking, change management, project management, technology adoption and process methodologies will be an advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team player with excellent planning, analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Familiar with Autocad, Photoshop, Microsoft Office applications and presentation software
