Senior/Assistant Manager, Digital Health Readiness (Contract)
Join SingHealth's Digital Health Readiness team and lead transformational change across Singapore's largest public healthcare cluster. You will support the implementation of our Next Generation Electronic Medical Record (NGEMR) system, helping healthcare professionals adapt to new technologies that enhance patient care.
We are seeking a Senior/ Assistant Manager to support organisational change initiatives across clinical, operational, and administrative areas. You will facilitate stakeholder engagement, coordinate training activities, and monitor adoption progress of digital transformation initiatives.
What You Will Do:
You will develop and implement digital health readiness plans, conduct readiness assessments and design change interventions for different user groups. Your role involves coordinating stakeholder engagement activities including focus groups and consultation meetings, executing communication plans and creating materials such as newsletters and presentations. You will coordinate training programme delivery, monitor attendance and effectiveness metrics, as well as analyse change implementation progress using surveys and feedback sessions. Additionally, you will provide regular updates to senior management, maintain detailed project records and prepare briefing materials for management committees.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business Administration, Psychology, Behavioural Science, Human Factors, Human Resource or Communications with at least 2 years of relevant experience
- Hospital operations knowledge and professional certification in Change Management (PROSCI, CCMP) will be advantageous
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Adaptable and resilient in managing change
